QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
The mission of System Vision is:
The import, production, marketing, technical service, and support of medical, ophthalmological, and imaging equipment through the implementation of pioneering technologies, aiming at the highest customer satisfaction and the creation of long-term professional relationships to ensure the company’s long-term growth.
This mission is ensured by the following commitments:
a) Is appropriate to the purpose and context of the company’s operations and supports its strategic direction.
b) Provides the framework for establishing quality and environmental management objectives.
c) Includes a commitment to meet applicable requirements.
d) Includes a commitment to the continuous improvement of the quality and environmental management system, implemented through specific objectives and indicators. It is reviewed at least once during the annual management review or whenever deemed necessary by company management.
The Quality and Environmental Policy is posted in the workplace and reception areas, in a clear text and format, so that it is constantly available to employees and interested parties.
