PlusoptiX A12R & A12C
|
Plusoptix has designed handheld autorefractors for babies, children and uncooperative patients that measure the refraction of both eyes (binocular) from one meter distance within one second. The purpose of a measurement with the Plusoptix Pediatric autorefractor is to provide a baseline refraction as initial examination in the doctor’s office.
In combination with other initial examination tests an eye care professional is able to determine the scope of the following eye examination. If a cycloplegic retinoscopy is required, the baseline refraction provides a valuable starting point for myopia, astigmatism and axis measurements, thus saving precious chair time. With the possibility of connecting the device to your EMR system, various other options of documenting the measurement results, while maintaining high demands in product quality and customer service, allows Plusoptix Pediatric autorefractors to deliver an optimal solution for fast and uncomplicated initial examinations in your office. |
