(1) The website “www.systemvision.gr” of “SYSTEM VISION BIOTECHNOLOGY SA” (hereinafter referred to “Company”) includes information about products and services that the Company distributes and manufactures. Every Visitor of the website above (hereinafter referred to “Visitor”) is informed to read carefully these terms and conditions and agree to fully accept them before proceeding to visiting the website. The full acceptance of these terms is presumed for all cases from the use of the website of the Company from the Visitor.
(2) The Visitor accepts the responsibility and fully commits to comply with these terms of use, and the rules of Greek and EU legislation, as far as applicable to the use of websites. The terms specifically state that the use of the website for unfair practices, included those formed in the internet society is forbidden.

(9) Applicable to these terms of use is the Greek legislation. Competent courts for disputes that may arise in the context of or during the application of these terms of use are the courts of Piraeus.
